This policy, provided pursuant to art. 13 of EU Regulation 2016/679, will allow you to know in detail how Eva Stampaggi S.r.l. processes the personal data you provide us by using our EvaCalòr.Fuoco App (App) for the remote management of your stove.
The Data Controller is the company Eva Stampaggi S.r.l. (also referred to as Eva Stampaggi), with registered office in 31028 Vazzola (TV), via Cal Longa Z.I. (VAT no. 01183110269). You can contact the Data Controller at the following address info@evastampaggi.com.
When you use the EvaCalòr.Fuoco App, we collect and process the following categories of data:
a) the personal data necessary, such as email and password, for registration to the App and for the use of the Service offered by the same.
b) the data relating to your stove such as: serial number, Mac address, registration code, article model, article code, place where the stove is located (State, Province and Municipality) and description of the stove;
c) subject to your express consent, we will have access to your camera in order to allow you to read, through your device, the QR code on your stove.
d) data relating to your device (operating system of your device) in order to improve our offer of products and services.
Eva Stampaggi S.r.l. collects and processes your personal data for the following purposes:
a) to enter into and perform the contract, in particular for the use of the Service offered to registered users, i.e. to remotely manage your stove, as well as for all the necessary obligations for such use, including accounting and administrative management, compliance with legal obligations, technical management of the App, service communications and the management of any disputes.
Legal basis: The condition that makes the processing lawful is constituted by the performance of the contract and the need to fulfil the obligations provided for by current regulations. The provision of your personal data for such activities is a contractual obligation. You are free to communicate your data to us or not, but in the absence of the required data, Eva Stampaggi S.r.l. will not be able to proceed to use the App for the remote management of your stove.
b) to carry out statistical analyses and surveys. We use some of the information you provide to us to carry out statistical analyses and surveys to improve our offer and services.
Legal basis: the condition that makes this processing lawful is the legitimate interest of the Data Controller.
We retain your personal data provided for registration to the App and for the use of the Service until you delete the App.
The personal data you provide will be processed by our personnel in charge, suitably trained and operating under our authority and responsibility. Personal data may also be processed by third parties that provide instrumental services, including communication services, email, technical services for the management of the App and IT service providers. Only the data strictly necessary for the performance of the relevant functions will be communicated to the aforementioned subjects. The updated list of all recipients is available at the headquarters of the Data Controller and will be provided at the request of the data subject.
We also inform you that, with regard to the data, you can exercise the rights provided for in CHAPTER III of the Regulation at any time. In particular, you have the right to ask the Data Controller for access to the data concerning you, their rectification or deletion, the integration of incomplete data, the limitation of processing; to receive the data in a structured format, commonly used and readable by an automatic device; to oppose in whole or in part the use of the data, as well as to exercise the other rights recognised to you by the applicable regulations. These rights can be exercised by writing by post to the aforementioned addresses or by email to the following email address: info@evastampaggi.com.
If you believe that there is a breach in the processing of your personal data, you can lodge a complaint with the Supervisory Authority of the place where you usually reside, work or where the alleged breach occurred. We inform you that in Italy you can lodge a complaint with the Data Protection Authority.
